Shipping policy

At Legacy Kids Boutique, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the item and destination.

  • Standard shipping: 5-12 business days
  • Some specialty or high-demand items may require additional processing or shipping time.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Legacy Kids Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us at support@legacykidsboutique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@legacykidsboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
