Refund policy

At Legacy Kids Boutique, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Since we partner with different trusted suppliers, return locations may vary depending on the item ordered. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Because we partner with trusted suppliers, many orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can not be cancelled or changed. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately at support@legacykidsboutique.com 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clearance, sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@legacykidsboutique.com.
